So that's Denise Brekke! Introducing the person on the other end of the phone when you
work with customer support at Dealer Impact. Denise teams with Lori Mooney to help all of
our customers get the most out of their online dealerships. She even helped a "little old
lady" recently who somehow got the Dealer Impact customer service number and wanted to know
about the remaining warranty on her car. Denise hung up on her. Not really; she put her
in touch with a local Dodge dealer who is a Dealer Impact customer.
