With the advent of dozens of new technologies that are changing the marketing landscape as we know it, you've probably had to ask yourself this question: "Am I really wasting my money with my newspaper, radio and television advertising?"

And why wouldn't they? They're less expensive to deliver, can be created more quickly and can still contain all of the multimedia experience of broadcast media.

Obviously there's something in it for us. But we urge you to run the numbers for yourself. Make an effort to track how prospective customers find out about a special offer or arrive at your dealership. Then simply take the number of leads that came to you via that effort (say a television campaign) and divide that number into the cost of the marketing effort. That will tell you exactly what each lead cost you. Run the numbers for yourself... we think you'll be surprised what you learn.

So, are you wasting money with radio and television advertising? Our experience tells us that the long answer goes something like this: You're probably not wasting ALL the money you're spending on TV, radio and newspaper advertising... just most of it.
