Five things to ask when you're shopping for digital marketing.
The digital revolution is changing nearly every aspect of the way we live, work and play. And,
although it's been later to arrive than in other industries, the revolution is now roaring through

things should you be looking for? Here are five questions you should make sure you answer before
making an investment and going digital.
Do I need a digital marketing system in the first place?

Your digital marketing partner should want you to succeed. Why? Because your success is their success.
Their goals should not be to help you send more emails or have a more attractive website - their ONLY goal
should be to help you make more money from every profit center in the dealership.
So, to that end, will they be training you upfront to make the most of the system that you've just
purchased? Will they help you customize the system for your dealership's unique needs? And will they
continue to watch your usage to ensure that you're using all of the system?
Are tracking and reporting built in?
In order to know how your digital marketing system is performing, you need to receive regular feedback
on usage, customer response rates and the like. Knowing this sort of information allows you to customize
your message and approach to maximize your ROI. So if your system isn't providing that kind of feedback,
then you don't have a complete system.
Does it allow for automatic, proactive "push" messaging?
Ideally, a digital marketing system should make your life easier, not harder. And the best digital
